Consolidate Metabrainz:Sponsors and About/Sponsors

      We currently have two different pages listing sponsor information.

      http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/About/Sponsors

      Options:
      1) Change the sponsor link in the MB footer to redirect to the MeB website and then kill About/Sponsors
      2) Display the same content on both pages (ideally by using a wiki redirect so only one page needs to be maintained)
      3) Something else?

      I'm a fan of options 1 and 3.
