There's a bunch of places we use <dl> to create something that's really just a table. Since dls aren't tables, we have to use some styling tricks to make this even work, and of course it breaks immediately when strings are longer than they are in english (I'll be subtasking in a bunch of tickets about this as it applies all over the codebase). There's also similar problems with label/input pairs in many places.
