Add ISWC/IPI buttons display incorrectly

      Caused by the changes in MBS-5044 it seems, since manually changing the HTML to the old code fixes it.

      The screenshot is from Safari, but the display is also broken in Opera. In Opera the text is aligned more or less ok, but the "+" image is almost entirely outside the "Work Details" box.
