Strip out LRM/RLM characters in text with no RTL characters

      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Left-to-right_mark (and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right-to-left_mark ) should be unnecessary in strings containing no right-to-left characters and I keep finding them (well, left-to-right marks mostly) showing up in odd places in the database.
