It would be nice to be able to distinguish manually submitted ISRC and program submitted ISRC by having, like in PUID edits, a CLIENT field that can be provided by Luks' isrcsubmit.exe, JonnyJD's isrcsubmit.py, nikki's isrc.html etc.

It would be also very nice to allow sending EDIT NOTE, that would allow further possibility for the isrcsubmit coder (when ISRC coming from CD, like including the DiscID) and for the isrc.html coders (when ISRC coming from other source than CD, like including user's comment that can be the link where got the ISRC list or the way etc.).
