Show dimensions of Cover Art Archive images

      Currently all cover art is shown saying " All sizes: 250px | 500px | original ". For a variety of reasons, it would be nice to know the oiginal dimensions, e.g. someone has bandwidth limits, editor is trying to quickly determine if he/she has higher resolution scans to share, etc.
