I'm working on some code to sync my recording ratings with MusicBrainz. However, in order to truly synchronize, I need to clear out existing ratings.

The improvements I would like to see are:

1) All users to clear all ratings via the website.

2) Assuming this does not exist, add the ability to delete a rating via the webservice API. If it does exist, please add it to the documentation as it currently only mentions ratings submissions.

3) Allow the same "clear all ratings" functionality to be called through the API.
