Edit medium diff chooses wrong tracks if tracks added + names changed

      See http://musicbrainz.org/edit/21899080 where I added 16 tracks before the existing 4, but it only mapped correctly the 2 whose name didn't change.

      Maybe it should (also/instead) check recording IDs.
