I just tried to change a release's ACs from "Balkansky" to "Бalkansky".

I changed the release AC, and sure enough all track ACs changed to "Бalkansky" too. But when reaching the edit note tab, only the change to the release AC was displayed (and on entering, indeed only that was submitted, too).
