Report of digital releases with ASINs but no CAA covers

      We still use ASINs to get cover art and ASINs are normally pretty stable URLs, but the ones for digital releases are not, it seems. I've been coming across loads of broken ones lately, so it would be nice if we could have a report of digital releases with an ASIN but no CAA cover.
