Uppercase letters when entering ISRCs instead of rejecting lowercase ones

      Since all ISRCs are going to be uppercased, there's no real reason to reject the ones with lowercase letters (as we do now) when we could just be automatically uppercasing those. I suspect the same will apply to ISWCs, although I haven't tried it.
