When adding a release, the page header is initially "Add Release", then, for me at least, it changes to some random release on the "Release Duplicates" page. See attached screenshot.

I would expect the title to remain "Add Release" all the way through, or maybe change to the title that was added in the first section, but definitely not link to an existing release as if I'm editing it.
