Add a "NSFW" front cover art variable

      Searched for "NSFW", got nothing.

      Many front cover images aren't really safe for viewing when not alone. It'd be nice to be able to edit cover art but let the community decide what shouldn't be displayed without clicking something, or something to that effect.

      I'm not sure where this would best fit.
