improve « ⚠ Server busy, try again later » message

      ⚠ Server busy, try again later

      A. I think we should put in a link to status page：http://archive.org/stats/s3.php#3h or an auto-refreshing image (cf.example).
      B. I don't see this character ⚠ U+26A0 WARNING SIGN in any of my fonts (windows XP pro SP3 + some fonts). I have no idea what to do, B. is not very important problem.

      I propose like this, i can see this ☠ and showing the auto-refreshed image would allow editors to stop spamming the Enter edit button :
