Temporarily allow general usage of 'type' parameter to allow clients to upgrade

      Before the latest server upgrade, the following queries work:

      http://musicbrainz.org/ws/2/recording/?type=xml&limit=40&query=fred
      http://musicbrainz.org/ws/2/recording/?type=json&limit=40&query=fred

      Now they fail validation. While this behaviour is correct, it is too sudden for client applications. We should revert this change until ijabz has had time to upgrade his clients.
