release event country : deprecate EUROPE

      Now that we have multiple countries for one release.
      We can see each time release event country is set to EUROPE is wrong because i do not know of any album that would have been release exactly same, exactly same day, in exactly ALL THE current EUROPEAN COUNTRIES.
      Europe is not a country either way.
