I voted "no" on http://test.musicbrainz.org/edit/587 and then approved it and my last vote is still "no" which is just odd. I also had to add an edit note before I could approve it when I was the only one voting no.

If you vote no and later want to approve it, it should do something like the current server which automatically changes the vote to "yes" and you don't have to add an edit note, e.g. http://musicbrainz.org/show/edit/?editid=12661447
