The disambiguation comment is no longer present in tracklists on release pages; e.g., on https://musicbrainz.org/release/3ce91fcf-9383-4455-918a-23a604f7077a, the tooltip for "Michael Jackson", artist of track 3 on CD 1, is just "Jackson, Michael" instead of "Jackson, Michael ("King of Pop")".

Additionally, the disambiguation comment is only displayed for some artists in the inline relationships, but always when the same relationships are displayed at the bottom.
