delete_unused_url is out of date and doesn't check the l_area_url and l_place_url tables, but the real issue is that l_area_url and l_place_url don't have triggers that call remove_unused_url after update and delete.

It appears that the same is true of remove_unused_links with all l_ tables relating to areas and places.
