Go to http://acid2.mbsandbox.org/work/create and enter a work name, add a work attribute and select "JASRAC ID" without entering a value. The expected result would either be an error message that a value is required, or that the server ignores any empty attributes. The actual result is that it refuses to submit it and takes you back to the form, but there's no error saying why.
