      A tag query prompts for user login (on both beta and production).

      Example from the docs: http://musicbrainz.org/ws/2/tag/?query=shoegaze

      No user data is involved, yet when I make this request in the browser I'm asked for my login info (unless, of course, I'm already logged in).
