The alias pulldown for locale has a different format to e.g. the release language pulldown, and has only a subset of the options there.

I wanted to add a Scottish Gaelic (gd or gla) alias to http://musicbrainz.org/place/9d531246-bf09-4bf7-8c09-a0ebbb115f31/, but found the language missing. Also absent are Arawak (arw) and Scots (sco), and presumably many more. Seems like a review is needed.

This seems to be different from http://tickets.musicbrainz.org/browse/MBS-5150 which has been lingering for a while.
