WorldCat URLs should not be considered scheme independent

      WorldCat URLs are currently treated as scheme independent; however, https://www.worldcat.org/identities/viaf-17487768 does not work where http://www.worldcat.org/identities/viaf-17487768 works, so this needs changing.
