URL error messages don't always get shown

      Go to https://beta.musicbrainz.org/recording/create

      • Paste a URL and it will say to select a relationship type
      • Select "recording studio", it will say it's deprecated
      • Remove the URL from the field, the error will vanish
      • Paste the URL back into the field, the deprecated error isn't shown again.
