In release editor, if there is millisecond difference between track and recording, it does not show the Also update the recording with track changes checkbox for that recording in recordings tab.
So it is not possible to set times from TOC to all tracks now.

Exalmple i could only set milliseconds on recordings that had second difference https://musicbrainz.org/edit/26718042 so all other tracks of that release don't have correct milliseconds from TOC, only M:SS.
https://musicbrainz.org/recording/05c347d0-96bf-42e5-8b13-ac574eda0893 is 3:18.760 ok
but https://musicbrainz.org/recording/56ebe778-9673-4873-9ae2-74effd14eb8a is 3:22 ng i coudln't set 3:22.386 from TOC.

※ i see a work around that is to delete recording times then set them but it's a 2 weeks work-around.
