Adding a new discid: Allow to specify the target by its releaseid

      When adding a new discid via an URL like this:

      http://mm.musicbrainz.org/bare/cdlookup.html?id=.ql2v9hAtGv9wWu1pi.jtNSPssM-&tracks=9&toc=1+9+317807+182+43457+78482+106157+132782+180482+219332+237707+265007

      one has to specify the target by going through a possibly tedious artist or title search.

      To speed up the process in the case that the target is already known, it would be great if the target could also be specified by its releaseid.

      should be valid answers.
