1. Edit http://musicbrainz.org/release/201744ef-d473-4874-ba66-0df817beaa49
2. Go to the tracklist, open the Track Parser
3. Ctrl+C the first 13 tracks and Ctrl+V them to the end of the tracklist
4. Change tab to Recordings
5. The 13 new tracks have been placed ''before'' the old tracks
6. Selecting "Lines start with a track number" and playing around with it didn't work for me.

I had to add the tracks by selecting "Add 13 track(s)" from the editor and pasting them one by one.
