Submitted for consideration, and ordered in the summary in order of being potentially problematic (by my guess). We already have mechanisms for exporting sanitised tables from the DB, since we do so for 'editor'. We could extend this to include other editor-tied information that's configured to be public by the user; collections seem to be the least potentially offensive of these options, as some editors use these for tasks like keeping track of everything available in some public institution, or catalogued by a particular organization (thinking of the MTG collections in the latter case). Raw tags and ratings for users that have configured them public seem less useful, but still might be if someone would like to do some analysis of user tagging patterns, or if they're using tags for downstream consumption and want to figure out some filtering of them by way of better/worse users. For ratings, it's almost certainly useful, since a given person giving similar ratings to two things is a much stronger sign of similarity than both things simply having similar aggregated ratings. Finally, subscriptions I can only imagine being useful for MB editors who also have data imported various places, but I know I've wanted this, and other editors have asked for it, on rika from time to time.
All of these would also make for more complete datasets for testing features that concern any of these options.
