External Links should appear the sidebar in all tabs

      Currently the "External Links" section is missing from the sidebar of releases, at least on the cover art tab

      This makes it easy to accidentally view details of the wrong release (i.e. hit the 'discogs master' link instead of the actual release-specific link.

      External links should always appear on the sidebar when viewing a release.
