I would expect areas to be displayed in order from most specific to least specific, but this does not seem to always be the case. The attachment says Hot Chocolate (just an example, seems the same for anyone in Brixton) was founded in "Brixton, London, Lambeth, United Kingdom". Lambeth is a subdivision of London so I would expect this to read "Brixton, Lambeth, London, United Kingdom".
