Use type hierarchy information for sorting

      All kinds of types (work attribute types, relationship types, etc.) now are laid out in a hierarchy, and this should be used for sorting when displaying lists of types. E.g., in a list of work attributes for a work, key should be first, followed by the collecting society IDs, just as in the list for choosing a type.
