"Reuse previous recordings" button not available after using the track parser

      I have no idea how to make the "Reuse previous recordings" button show up. After using the Track Parser, it's pretty much guaranteed to not show up.

      It should show up. (My use case is cleaning up recordings created through pseudo-releases.)
