Use MBIDs instead of numerical database IDs in interfaces

      Edit forms refer to entities mostly via the internal numerical IDs. This makes it difficult sometimes for userscripts and bots to find the right values, because other pages normally only contain the MBID.

      The same is true for some internal URLs and non-edit forms, e.g. when entities are added to the merge queue and in edit search.

      In general, everything that is visible to the outside world should use MBIDs.
