When editors are not referenced in the DB, delete their rows entirely rather than renaming to Deleted Editor #N

      As discussed in the meeting; this is by and large something that only applies to spammers. If an editor has done nearly anything (editing, voting, etc.) they're referenced, and won't be deleted.
