Name variation marker not used for artists in tracklists in "edit medium" edits

      See https://beta.musicbrainz.org/edit/27510463 for an example: In the tracklist, no artist name is marked with <span class="name-variation"> although both the old and the new artist credit on track 9 differs from the artist name.

      This ticket is split from MBS-5989, which now deals with track/recording name differences alone.
