The relationship editor used to give a warning when one was editing a relationship that had pending edits, but this no longer works.

E.g., on https://beta.musicbrainz.org/release/0b029e80-bfb0-4d6c-8cff-5017c51b6c2d/edit-relationships, the only relationship has a pending edit. Clicking on "performer" opens the editing dialogue, but there is no warning about the pending edit in it.
