"Add cover art" to‐be‐uploaded image list with wrap‐around feature like existing images

      "Add cover art" and "Reorder cover art" pages shared the same layout for the existing images where you can warp‐around (MBS-5869) images (in one click you put the last image first or the first image last).

      It would be convenient to be able to do that for the to‐be‐uploaded image (vertical) list, as well.
