All the current release tags are simply moved to release groups and it's no longer possible to tag a release. While that does mostly make sense for genres, tags are not limited to genres and can be used for whatever people want to use them for.
The majority of the tags I do use on releases are for specific releases rather than the release group as a whole, so I'd like to be able to tag releases as well. Releases are still entities, after all...
