make mirror server's "return to musicbrainz.org" link go to the right place

      The attached "mirror-link.patch" changes the "return to musicbrainz.org" link found on every page of a mirror server to go to the same page at musicbrainz instead of just pointing at the main page. This was successfully tested for many days on my mirror server.

      The second, untested "beta-link.patch" applies a similar change to the case of a staging server.
