Enable /relationship/{MBID}/edits

      If you want to dig out the history of a given relationship type, you have to search using the edit search, which can be cumbersome as it isn't possible to target a specific relationship type MBID there either. I don't necessarily care about a link to the /edits page, just that going to the ./edits page actually works.
