Gentlecat's Live Data Feed work will require LoadReplicationChanges to pass an access token to the metabrainz site to fetch new replication packets. The things that need to change to implement this ticket are:

• Add a DBDefs parameter for the Live Data Feed access token
• Change the URL where the replication packets are fetched
• Send the access token as a URL parameter.

I am going to assign this ticket to Gentlecat to provide use the new URL and the name of the URL parameter for the access token. Once that is complete, please assign this ticket to Ian.
