"Beta server warning" should tell what's currently in beta testing with a link

      When browsing on https://beta.musicbrainz.org/ we have a warning up top saying:
      "This beta test server allows testing of new features with the live database. Return to musicbrainz.org"

      Another line could be added just under it with a link to "http://tickets.musicbrainz.org/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?reset=true&jqlQuery=project+%3D+MBS+AND+status+%3D+%22In+Beta+Testing%22+ORDER+BY+priority+DESC&mode=hide" to tell what is currently being tested on beta.

      Something like this:

      "To see what is currently in beta testing click HERE."
