I often find myself wanting to filter edits by a specific entity type. Right now, to do that, you have to select a lot of things. It would be nicer if I could just select the entity types instead.
For example:
If I want to find all edits for an artist, i.e. only artist-level edits (the artist's edit history includes lots of edits for other linked entities by default) I would need to select add artist, edit artist, merge artists, remove artist (well, if I'm doing all this selecting anyway I might as well include everything), add artist alias, edit artist alias, remove artist alias, add artist annotation, edit artist credit (sorta a weird type since it doesn't actually list the entities it's changing, but it changes the edits pending value of the artist so whatever, it can go here), change artist quality, add relationship, edit relationship, remove relationship and then select all of the relationship types which affect artists too. Instead, I would like to be able to just select "artist" as the entity type.
I would also find it useful to be able to search for all edits involving URLs. That could also be done by selecting "URL" as the entity type.
