Work attributes are only identified by their name in both the database and in the webservice (I think - I can't find anything in the work_attribute_type table). This means that webservice users need to match attributes by their name. This could be problematic if, for example we wanted to re-order attributes at some point in time.
Reo thought that ids existed. Should we consider adding them?
