It seems a common mistake is to enter the same disambiguation as the entity name.

Sometimes when an user creates an artist that already exists and doesn't want to add a good disambiguation, or just fills the field by mistake (I don't think it makes a difference for the report).

The report would allow finding such entities (mostly artists and labels I suppose) and fix them, to avoid further duplicates from being created. It also should have almost no false positives, so I think it can be a very interesting report.
