Edits mandated by editing interface should be auto-edits

In a situation where the editor interface requires a particular change made to an entity before it will accept any other edits should execute those edits as auto-edits.

For example Jeff Ball requires that I enter a disambiguation field before I can make any other changes, but it does so every time I edit the artist, resulting in multiple disambiguation change requests. Instead, since the UI is forcing me to do it, it should accept the disambiguation as an auto edit.
