When trying to add a release group to a series (and mistakenly using Release Relationship instead of RG) 502 error occurs

      As per summary. It may be that I am doing something wrong, this is the first time I have attempted adding a series.

      Rather than dumping me nicely with an error message it just gives a 502 error, which was confusing. The moment I moved to RG the edit took immediately.

      Not sure what else to write here, if anything, so just ask
