Add a "MusicBrainz (statistics) Event" for when "Add release" etc. edits became auto-edits

      Looking at the statistics, there's a significant drop in open edits. It would be nice to have a "reference point" in the form of a 'MusicBrainz Event' directly in the graph noting what happened on the 16th of November, 2015.
