When a user is reported, admins get an email saying "Editor Foo has been reported by Bar for the following reason". But that's all - there's no actual link to either user account. Given we'll want to check the account of at least the reported editor, and quite possibly both, before doing anything about a report, the mail should also link to their profiles.
