While we want edit notifications to use an in-site system eventually, there's no reason we can't have a page now that lists all notes left on your own edits (with recent ones sorted first). A notification system also doesn't help if you delete the notification and want to find something later.

If we had such a page, we could display a link to it in a banner for all new user accounts. We'd need a notification system to detect when it changes, though.

We could also implement this by adding "edit note count" as a parameter to the edit search, but that wouldn't filter out notes left by yourself. See also MBS-4565.
